Broken Pipe in Lake Hopatcong, NJ

A homeowner in Lake Hopatcong, NJ called us after they experienced a broken pipe in their attic. They informed us that the water had saturated the ceiling so much that it caused it to collapse. In the before picture, notice how a portion of the ceiling is missing. In the after picture, notice how the rest of the ceiling is missing. Although it varies by case, in this particular situation, we had to remove part of the ceiling in order to contain the situation and prevent mold growth. The homeowner was extremely satisfied that the process did not take longer than a week!
